DBD Lunar New Year 2023 release date for Moonlight Burrow has been leaked

The release date of the Dead By Daylight Lunar 2023 event may have leaked, and the upcoming DBD event is allegedly called Moonlight Burrow.

It’s been a lukewarm start to the year for Dead By Daylight fans. leaks indicate Leatherface leaves the gameMeanwhile, we haven’t yet heard anything about Chapter 27 which is supposed to be out in March with PTB arriving in February.

Although it’s been a quiet start to the year so far, all of that should change relatively soon with the start of the annual Chinese New Year celebration.

When does the DBD 2023 Lunar New Year event start?

The leaked release date for Dead By Daylight 2023’s Lunar New Year event, Moonlight Burrow, is January 17.

This comes from an often trusted courtesy DBDNews DiscordBeside daylight leakage. If the above date is accurate, this would be the first start so far as the 2022 event started on January 25th, meanwhile, the celebration of 2021 did not start until February.

The leaks indicate that the DBD 2023 Lunar New Year event will be named Moonlight Burrow, and only the banner and icon have been leaked so far.

It’s the year of the rabbit, and DBDNews Discord has shared images of the Moonlight Burrow banner, as well as the icon featuring a hideous golden bunny in a golden ring. That’s all that was revealed.

Unfortunately, no skins have been mentioned yet. If it is the same as last year underlying stripes, generators and hooks will be decorated with lunar-themed motifs. There may also be something similar to last year’s red envelopes and firecrackers.
