Dead Space PS5 Remake has detailed graphics and performance options

The release of EA’s ambitious Dead Space remake is just around the corner, with beleaguered Isaac Clarke set to once again explore the horrific halls of USG Ishimura. As you might expect, Dead Space will feature the usual array of graphical and performance options on PS5, allowing players to better customize the experience to their liking.

You will need to choose between quality and performance settings, which pretty much do what you might imagine. Quality will deliver 4K (UHD) images with ray tracing enabled at 30fps, while performance will display at 2K (QHD) without ray tracing but will run at 60fps instead.

For gamers looking to get the best gaming experience, it’s really hard to go above 60fps in performance mode, which does a lot to improve the way the game feels. You certainly lose out on visual fidelity, but that seems to be the lesser of two evils. Of course, follow your heart, and choose the setting that best suits your tastes.

Will you be picking up the Dead Space remake when it launches next week? Which setup do you prefer and which one would you choose? Fit in the comments section below.
