Green Chickpea Kebab Recipe: How to make Haret Chana Kebab
First of all, take a grinder and add spinach leaves, green chickpeas, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and some spices like red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Grind all these ingredients together and wait until it becomes a smooth and consistent paste.
Now divide the mixture into 10-12 balls and flatten each ball with the help of your palm.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and shallow fry these kebabs until golden and crispy.
