Street food is an emotion. And most of us relate to it. When hot kachori is served on a paper plate with lots of sauce – smacking lips is the word that comes to mind. do not agree ?! Now, tell us, have you ever noticed what’s written on those paper plates? Cutouts from magazines or newspapers, right? Sometimes, it also varies from region to region. Something similar happened with this woman who was traveling by train. The person shared a picture of plates with kachoris from Kota Junction. He is getting everyone’s attention on Twitter. What sets him apart from that? Her amazing golden brown kachoris are served on a paper plate. If you look at the image closely, you’ll notice that the paper plate displays complex chemistry equations. Adding a punch of humor to the kota-related IIT-Jee angle, she wrote, “Kota main kachori bhi padhai karte hue khaani padti hai (Even when you want to indulge in kachoris in Kota, you have to do so while studying.) For those who don’t know, Kota is called the Training Capital of India. Rajasthan is famous for its IIT-Jee Training Institutes. Every year, students make a beeline to join classes in Kota.
