Shukarkandi Kebab Recipe: How to make Shukarkandi Kebab:
To begin with the recipe, mash a boiled sweet potato first until smooth. Now, slightly crush the cumin seeds and add them to the mashed potato mixture. Mix well. Add finely chopped green chilies, cashew nuts, chopped scallions, achwar powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, toasted chana flour and salt to taste.
Mix well until well combined and form into a kebab shape. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs until golden brown. Once done, lift them out and place them on a plate lined with paper kitchen towels. Shukarkandi kebab is ready!
